Some of the water pumped from water intake plants is stored in water towers. Water towers equalise the water pressure and act as storage in the event of fault situations.
Water quality is constantly monitored by samples, which are taken from groundwater, water intake plants, the network and water tanks. Our highly-skilled employees take about a thousand water samples every year.
